The results for the EIC Accelerator’s March 2024 cut-off:

  • 68 companies have been selected for funding. 
  • 96% of applicants have been selected to receive €410 million in the form of blended finance.
  • The total requested budget by the 68 companies is €411 million. 
  • The success rate for full applications was 7.02%
  • Almost 21% per cent companies have a female CEO, CTO (Chief Technology Officer) or CSO (Chief Scientific Officer).

The overall success rate is 7.02% This is because the success rate for short proposals submission must be considered. However, there is no publicly available data for the number of short proposals submitted.

 Germany and France were the countries home to the most winners (13), followed by Israel (9) and Netherlands and Spain (6).

For the March cut-off, 65 companies have been awarded blended finance and 1 company have been awarded equity-only investment. 20% of the winners are based in the France region and 18% are based in Germany.

For the March cut-off, 65 companies have been awarded blended finance and 1 company have been awarded equity-only investment. 37% of the winners are based in the France & Benelux region and 19% are based in the DACH region.
