πŸš€ We are introducing the Innovation Fund - one of the world’s largest funding programmes for the demonstration of innovative low-carbon technologies.

Directly managed by the European Commission, it has a budget πŸ’° of β‚¬4.6 billion to boost net-zero technologies, electric vehicle battery cell manufacturing and renewable hydrogen. 

This initiative is designed to support innovative investment projects in energy-intensive industries, renewable energy, energy storage, industrial carbon management, net-zero mobility (including maritime, aviation, and road transport), and sustainable buildings.

  • Funding intensity: Up to 60%

  • Multiple funding streams based on project size:

    • Small-scale: CAPEX €2.5 – 20 million,

    • Medium-scale: CAPEX €20 – 100 million,

    • Large-scale: CAPEX €100 million+
